Please notify the center of any special circumstances regarding your child’s health.
For the protection of all the children, your child should be kept at home if he shows any of the following symptoms:
- A temperature of more than 99 degrees (oral)
- Intestinal disturbance accompanied by diarrhea or vomiting
- Any undiagnosed rash
- Sore or discharging eyes or ears or profuse nasal discharge
If your child has been exposed to any contagious disease such as Chickenpox, Measles, Mumps, Whooping Cough, Diphtheria, Pinworms, Scarlet Fever, or Impetigo, he should, of course, stay home. His condition should be reported to Rainbow Junction as soon as possible.
If your child develops any of the above symptoms while at Rainbow Junction, he will be isolated from the other children. You will be called to pick up the child as soon as possible.
If your child needs to take any medication, our staff can administer it only if the medicine is accompanied with a medical release form. This also includes “over the counter” medications.
